The venture expertise in construction and social infrastructure delivery is well established and expertly demonstrated in the construction of 100 twenty one bed mini Hospitals in neighbouring Zambia and many other projects.

Construction
Using conventional or alternative build methodologies. In addition to general building services we are able to deliver complex buildings in multiple remote locations. Our skill sets and resources are well suited to social infrastructure projects such as hospitals, clinics, universities, schools , housing and other civic use buildings.
Roofing
We have a specialist roofing division that can tackle the most complex and innovative of roofing projects. Our computer aided design and manufacturing technology enables us to design and fabricate fully engineered steel roofing solutions to millimetre precision. We offer both new build and roof replacement services.
Design & Architectural
For clients that require a turnkey solution ALPHA SUSCON offers design and architectural services in compliance with International Standards for the following areas of construction.
Project Management
ALPHA SUSCON has access to a large pool of construction professionals throughout Southern Africa. Its’ members have been responsible for ambitious project delivery.
We provide full Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services. Working directly with International clients and exporters, government agencies and local representatives, the ALPHA SUSCON team possess the professional experience and expertise to co-ordinate large-scale projects. SUSCON is skilled in difficult environments that pose a complex logistical challenge, ensuring delivery on time and on budget.
